SAMG Entertainment’s Catch! Teenieping to Return for Season 7 in November with PLAVE on the OST

SAMG Entertainment’s hit animated series Catch! Teenieping will return for its seventh season this November. Titled Jewel Catch! Teenieping, the new season will feature an original soundtrack performed by PLAVE, the K-pop group signed to VLAST.

The story unfolds around the Emotion Festival, the biggest music event in the Emotion Kingdom, with Heartsping, Lemonping, Cherryping, Limeping and other Royal Teeniepings at the centre of the action. Key characters have already been introduced through the official Catch! Teenieping social media channels, with PLAVE’s involvement marking another addition to the franchise’s music lineup.

PLAVE debuted in 2023 and comprises Yejun, Noah, Bamby, Eunho and Hamin. The members have been involved in writing and producing the group’s music since debut. Their appearance on the Jewel Catch! Teenieping OST marks PLAVE’s first musical collaboration with the franchise.

PLAVE recently became the first virtual group to hold a stadium concert, performing two shows at Incheon Munhak Stadium on September 12 and 13. The 2026 PLAVE World Tour “KEEP IT MANIC” will continue with dates in Japan, Taiwan, Thailand, Singapore, Macao and the United States through November.

PLAVE follows other K-pop artists who have contributed to Catch! Teenieping soundtracks, including IVE’s Liz and NCT WISH. With music playing a central role in the new season’s story, the collaboration also connects the Emotion Festival setting with PLAVE’s own musical identity.

The PLAVE-performed OST will be released on major music streaming platforms at 6 p.m. KST on Sept. 21. New video content tied to the release will also be posted on the official Catch! Teenieping Instagram and YouTube channels.

Later that evening, PLAVE will host a YouTube livestream beginning at 8 p.m. KST. During the broadcast, a video featuring a special guest connected to the new season will be unveiled.

A fan streaming event will also take place alongside the OST release, with details to be announced through the official Catch! Teenieping Instagram account, @teenieping.official.

Jewel Catch! Teenieping is scheduled to premiere in November, with the exact broadcast date and network to be announced.
