SAMG Animation and Quan Entertainment signed an MOU over new contents for kids

SAMG Animation Co., Ltd (CEO – Suhoon Kim)., which produced famous global animated shows like ‘Mini Force’, ‘Miraculous’, and Quan Entertainment (CEO – Hyungchul Jang), which works with famous artists like ‘Ha-ha’ and ‘Byul’ signed an MOU on the business collaborations on kids contents.

Starting with this MOU, both companies will build a joint production team of professionals in kids contents, and produce media contents that kids can easily understand and enjoy. They also will build and run an ‘On Source Multi Use (OSMU)’ system which includes ‘development-production-media-merchandising-distribution-marketing’. Also, one of Quan’s artists ‘Ha-ha’ is very popular in China and South East Asian marekets, both companies will plan a massive marketing strategy for global expansion of the contents based on those markets.

Quan Entertainment said that based on their various business experiences in music, contents, and management, they will plan distinctive contents with fresh formats and continue promotions.
