“Catch! Teenieping” Takes Sing-Along Concerts to Five Korean Regional Festivals This Fall

SAMG Entertainment, a global IP content company, is bringing its flagship IP Catch! Teenieping to five regional festivals across South Korea this September, giving local families the chance to enjoy its characters and music up close.

The company will stage Catch! Teenieping sing-along concerts in Cheongyang, Mungyeong, Jangsu, Jinan and Yeonggwang throughout the month. The series kicks off on September 12 at the Cheongyang Pepper & Goji Berry Festival in Chungnam and Children Are Happiness: Happy Together Gyeongbuk in Mungyeong. It continues with the Red Food Festival, also known as the Jangsu Hanwoo & Apple Festival, on September 13, followed by the Jinan Red Ginseng Festival on September 19 and the Yeonggwang Bulgapsan Amaryllis Festival on September 26.

The concerts invite children and families to sing along to popular Catch! Teenieping songs and see the characters live on stage, bringing the IP directly into local festival settings.

The regional festival series expands SAMG Entertainment’s offline presence for Catch! Teenieping beyond dedicated IP spaces. The company operates THE TEENIEPING brand stores in Seoul and Teenieping World in Pangyo, and has also expanded its offline offerings through exhibitions and the touring musical “Princess Catch! Teenieping”. By taking the IP into regional festivals, SAMG Entertainment is expanding its reach beyond dedicated IP venues and into cultural events taking place in communities across the country.

“Regional festivals give us an opportunity to bring Catch! Teenieping closer to fans, allowing families to enjoy the characters and music together as part of their everyday experiences,” a SAMG Entertainment representative said. “We plan to continue expanding opportunities to experience our IPs at festivals and cultural spaces across the country.”
